Tip on making the best scrambled eggs:
recipe-file: sweetthingconfectionery: Put the egg whites and the yolks in different bowls, and cook the whites first, adding the yolks second. You get the NICEST coloured eggs. It doesn’t change the flavour, but it adds a lot to your overall presentation. I could have used this tip the other morning when making this for brunch! :P Hmm
